Ritz Crackers. We all know them and we all love them. Unfortunately, they were a cracker that was going by the wayside as other cracker brands were stealing market share. We asked consumers what they loved about Ritz and they responded by telling us that it was the cracker for sharing. We hammered this message home with charm, grace and a touch of sentimentality. This helped Ritz restore its leadership position within the snack food category.
