Mike graduated from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California before he landed his first art directors position in New York City with Margeotes, Fertitta and Weiss in 1993. He remained in the United States working for such firms as AKA Advertising in Portland, Oregon and Wong Doody in Seattle.
He returned to Canada in 1996, and headed immediately to Toronto where he now calls home. He’s built award winning campaigns for four out of the top five agencies in Canada, namely Taxi, DDB, Zig and BBDO. His work has won him awards from Communication Arts, Marketing, New York Art Directors, ADCC, New York Festivals, Applied Arts and the One Show.
